There is a new 24 hour Australia-wide telephone service which will direct callers to the appropriate service in their jurisdiction, this number is 1800 858 858. 

A national online counselling service is also available providing information and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Qualified gambling counsellors are available to provide online support either through live counselling or email.  (www.gamblinghelponline.org.au)
