AGC Submission to the Fifth Tasmanian Social and Economic Impact Study
The Tasmanian Gaming Control Act 1993 requires that an independent review of the social and economic impact of gambling in Tasmania is conducted every three years.

AGC Submission to the Victorian Royal Commission into the Casino Operator and Licence
On 22 February 2021, Her Excellency, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, Governor of Victoria, signed letters patent appointing the Hon. Ray Finkelstein AO QC as Commissioner and Chairperson of the Royal Commission into the Casino Operator and Licence.
The Commissioner delivered his report to the Governor on 15 October 2021.

AGC Submission on the Productivity Commission Draft Report
The AGC has provided a submission in response to the release of the Productivity Commission Draft Report. The AGC submission consisted of three parts:
1) A letter of transmission from the CEO of the AGC;
2) The AGC submission with an Executive Summary; and
3) An Economic Analysis of the PC Draft Report by KPMG Econtech.
AGC Submission to the Productivity Commission's 2009 Review of Gambling
In 2009 the Productivity Commission was tasked with updating its 1999 report on Australia's Gambling Industries. The AGC made an initial submission to this inquiry in April of 2009.
