This report, funded by the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation, from the Centre for Innovative Justice at RMIT University calls for a conversation about gambling and contact with the criminal justice system.

The authors note that the presence of a number of social problems in offender populations means that the existence of less visible problems, like gambling, are not always clear.

This report begins to draw together both existing information and suggests ways in which data about gambling and crime may be gathered in future.
