QUEENSLAND:  A new 200-metre tall hotel and apartment tower at Jupiters Gold Coast has been approved by the Palaszczuk Government in a further boost to Queensland tourism and jobs.  Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said The Star Entertainment Group's commitment to a new tower, and its current transformation projects including a new six-star 17-storey hotel, was a combined investment of up to $850 million that would increase accommodation to almost 1400 rooms, generate more than 1000 jobs and increase Jupiters' workforce to approximately 2300.
