Prevalence of Gambling and Problem Gambling in NSW

This report presents the findings of the 2011 NSW Gambling Survey.  The survey was conducted for the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing by Ogilivy Illumination. It is the largest dedicated survey into problem gambling in NSW with a sample size of 10,000  adults aged 18 and over. The 2011 methodology for measuring problem gambling differed from the 2006 approach - therefore the prevalence and gambling risk rates from the two surveys are not directly comparable.
