VRGF Funding Available for Community Events During Gambling Harm Awareness Week 2019

The Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation has announced that applications for funding to host events during Gambling Harm Awareness Week 2019 are now open.

Gambling Harm Awareness Week is designed to encourage open community discussions about gambling harm and why it matters.  For more information visit the VRGF Website

The time for applications has been extended to 5pm on Wednesday, 14 August 2019.

The Foundation can provide funding of up to: 

• $2200 (inc GST) to community organisations and local government engaged in the development and implementation of Gambling Harm Awareness Week events and activities 
• $550 (inc GST) to Gambler’s Help services, and other organisations that receive funding either directly or indirectly from the Foundation, for reimbursement of activity expenses.

Applications for grants from not-for-profit organisations, social enterprise, local government, community and public health organisations are welcome.

Applications from Aboriginal communities, organisations based in regional Victoria and organisations who work with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities are strongly encouraged.
