Talk to gaming staff/customer service

If you are in a venue (such as a pub, club, casino or TAB) trained staff are available at the venue itself to guide you to information resources, talk to you about available programs and services and provide you with contacts to access professional help services.

If you are gambling online, the online operator's customer service team and responsible gambling staff are similarly trained to offer assistance and can guide you to professional help services and/or explain the online tools available to help you manage your gambling.
